WHY CREATORSHIP CULTURE

CREATORSHIP CULTURE IS THE RELATIONAL SKILLSET THAT IS MISSING FROM

THE WAY WE BEST BELONG TO EACH OTHER

AS HUMANS IN PARTNERSHIP AT WORK, PERSONAL LIFE AND IN OUR OWN MINDS & BODIES

IT IS THE MOVEMENT TOWARD CREATING RELATIONSHIPS FOUNDED UPON

AUTHENTICITY, EQUANIMITY AND THE FULLNESS OF WHO WE ARE

IT EMPOWERS OUR GENERATIVE NATURE TO SHAPE HOW WE

RAISE OUR CHILDREN, OUR COMMUNITIES AND OUR LIVES WITH LIFE-GIVING MEANING AND ESSENTIAL RELATIONAL SKILLS

IT COMES ALIVE BY REMEMBERING TOGETHER THROUGH DAILY RITUALS

THAT FORM MEANING IN OUR LIVES

IT TURNS THE SEEMINGLY INEVITABLE APOCALYPSE OF SURVIVORSHIP CULTURE INTO ITS ACCURATE REPRESENTATION: A STATE OF FORGETFULNESS OF OUR TRUE NATURE

WE BELIEVE

WE BELIEVE AUTHENTIC GROWTH CULTURE CREATES INTRINSIC BELONGING, DEEPER TRUST, QUALITY CONNECTION AND INNOVATIVE COLLABORATION

WHICH IS NECESSARY TO REALIZE DREAMS THE

FUTURE GENERATIONS CAN TRUST THEMSELVES TO BUILD WELL UPON

WE BELIEVE SHAPING OUR WORLD AS EMPOWERED CREATORS

DE-EMPHASIZES THE CORRUPT USE OF POWER REQUIRED BY SURVIVAL CULTURE

AND HEALS THE ROOT OF COUNTLESS, HARMFUL PSYCHO-SOCIAL EXPRESSION

OF VARIOUS UNACCOUNTED FOR TRAUMAS

THAT WOULD OTHERWISE DISEMPOWER  FUTURE GENERATIONS IN PERPETUITY

WE BELIEVE YOU HAVE MORE POWER THAN YOU THINK

THAT YOU CAN RISE & BELONG RIGHT WHERE YOU STAND

YOU CAN LEAD FROM WHO YOU ARE & WHERE YOU STAND WITH WHAT YOU HAVE RIGHT NOW

YOU CAN USE EVERY ASPECT OF LIFE TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

BECAUSE LIFE IS DESIGNED, IT CAN BE REDESIGNED

IT TAKES COURAGE AND SKILL TO BE A CREATOR

WHO SHAPES CULTURE TO CONNECT NOT CANCEL

WHO SHAPES CULTURE TO REMEMBER WHAT UNITES US

NOT WHAT DIVIDES US WITH VIOLENCE OF FORGETFULNESS

OUR MISSION

TO INCREASE TRUST, INNOVATION & BELONGING IN THE HUMAN VILLAGE IN OUR LIFETIME

USING AUTHENTIC GROWTH CULTURE RITUALS SO  COMPELLING AND EASY TO ADOPT THAT IT FEELS LIKE A WAY OF BEING WE ALWAYS KNEW, SOMEWHERE DEEP WITHIN

TO NORMALIZE THE PROCESS OF COMING HOME FULLY TO ONESELF

TO REMEMBER & INNOVATE THE LOST ART OF HEALTHY RELATING EVEN IN DEMANDING SITUATIONS

AS A FOUNDER, What ImpactS
Are You Committed to?

As an individual I know my impact directly
comes from what I say, think and do.

I am dedicated to:

  • embracing healing to relieve future generations of inherited trauma

  • increasing the normalization and integration of essential life skills such as: authentic relating, open communication, self care, conflict alchemy, emotional intelligence and emotional processing to deepen connection healing the reactive desire to control and use power over others

  • changing how love relationships are approached to reflect our intrinsic Creatorship capacity. Shifting the words "I love you" to cultivated practice where the "I" is more harmonious than not, "love" is a verb that is skillfully gifted not only expected and "you" (your object of affection) is regarded as an equanimous collaborator in cultivating the evolutionary force (love) to do its transformative work

  • restoring personal power and capacity for interdependence as a rite of passage

  • modelling and teaching how to re-village oneself and one's circle for sustainable relationships despite the cultural conditioning of linear, competitive and "me-centred" design

  • systemizing intrinsically motivated growth culture for operationalizing high-trust relating and innovative collaboration at scale in corporate culture

  • teaching with an emphasis on the microcosm/macrocosm cause and effect as well as an inquiring mind toward deeper dimensions of awareness on the relative perspectives various cultures

  • leveraging my financial pattern so I can help others achieve wealth that serves a higher intention beyond solely personal gain

  • sharing stories of real people successfully transforming survival mindset into co-creating a thriving life story

  • being an example socially responsible corporation

It takes a village to remember who we are and why we are here. For over 2 decades I have been evolving a practice of sovereignty using the integrity and intrinsic motivation of the perspective that our very body and mind is the microcosm to the macrocosm of the world. deepening with holistic lenses of yoga, Ayurveda, alchemy, personality typology, Human Design and Gene Keys, transformational coaching, peace-making practices like nonviolent communication, trauma science and its wisdom in various somatic regulation practices, this practice has resulted in an authentic growth culture training intensive and an ecosystem of lifestyle services to support it.  Creating and serving in this way gives me the greatest gift of belonging and impact.

Roots of a 'Culture as Medicine' Path

HOW DID YOU COME TO SPECIALIZE IN AUTHENTIC GROWTH CULTURE (CREATORSHIP CULTURE)?

For over 2 decades I have been evolving a practice of empowered relating from the perspective that our very body and mind is the microcosm to the macrocosm of the world and we have the power to change life within our everyday existence.

The result so far is  an intensive transformative relating training ecosystem to further the normalization of authentic growth culture.

My practice is informed by the holistic lenses of yoga, Ayurveda as well as alchemy, personality typology, Human Design and Gene Keys, transformational coaching, peace-making practices like nonviolent communication, strategic intervention, Cultural Anthropology of the First Peoples, community organization, Design Thinking, UX principles, life coaching, relationship science, CPTSD recovery, trauma science and its wisdom in various somatic regulation practices to help us realize the growth opportunities wherever they surface. Healing the enabler inside, the easily persuaded shapeshifter and the primal survival instinct- driven slave is no small feat, but it turns out, is exactly what is needed in the world now, more than ever.

But it wasn't a tidy process.

In my personal healing story, I started journalling young, noticing how my family relationships were in need of healing. Somehow, while my family moved often, we flipped homes and remade 'home' regularly. We had food intermittently and came in and out of means.

As a child, I would walk, bus, ride and train (sometimes travelling all day) to get to various spiritual centres or churches that I would examine what made them feel like home.

Multiple churches of all kinds thought I was lost. I actually was quite fixated on how each environment either created or broke down the integrity between body, speech and mind and how each person was either resonating or not. After a lot of Christianity, I found a book at age 12 on the shamanic ritual use of hallucinogenic plants to heal various ailments returned to it often. The Tao te Ching showed up in my life at age 14, then a large book on Tantric philosophy at 15.

The journey then got really personal. At around age 15, I was swimming in a lake and my legs suddenly went numb. I paddled to shore, thankfully and my friends parents drove me to the hospital where the doctor said "it happens to girls your age." with no further explanation. Healing an ovarian cyst, I discovered the empowerment of Ayurveda and that my whole being understood its concepts easily and enthusiastically.

The part of the journey that seemed like it was a triumph, took a divine pivot in design school. Second year.  When my professor and the faculty had no idea how to deal with one teammate who had hijacked control over the group's direction and silenced the team's expression, I couldn't reconcile my need to participate with consensus and the result which was traumatizing. I left school.

Privately, I knew I would always design, but I had to find out what could transform how people relate no matter the circumstance.

With growth comes great loss, beauty, peace, wisdom and emergent agency. With growth, comes real freedom. We tend to get stopped by loss and miss the rest until its important enough to 'go through' all the way.

Working as a contractor and employee over twenty years, I saw many incredible solutions, dreams and initiatives die - before their time - for the same reason over and over. I also saw the rise in desirabillity towards Culture as a strategic advantage in the corporate space.

The way relate matters.

We weren't given the toolkit to relate with a construct that allows for transformation or growth so we tend to revert to ancient drives of avoiding pain and seeking out pleasure. It takes courage to step through growth opportunities. When we don't step, our confidence sinks enough that it is easy to believe you don't have value or a gift to contribute, you feel you don't matter.  This happens to the individual and to whole cultures such as Indigenous people resorted to reserves and reinforced by bigoted beliefs and enablers.

The key to relating well, I have found, is by embracing being a creator; responding to life as a design project that has a possibility mindset. There we have a freedom and a structure that allows for all ingredients to have a place and for progress to be enjoyable, perspectives to be explored - not denied or judged- for collaboration.

After poverty, near homelessness, losing a child and a loving partner, a near death accident, accepting the loss of a living parent, and not knowing where I belonged, I listened to my guidance, trained in the holistic, mindfulness arts and focused through many times it would have been easier to just cope. I felt the pull to stick to what thoughts, feelings and patterns were familiar and comfortable, feel alienated, blame others and live as a victim to life happening to you not for you, as you or through you. To die not having fully lived. I didn't want to die not having lived. Reflecting on that, I found that it was only courage that would move me through. I needed to see the utility of living in the heart and to trust; to find a faith practice that rooted into all the areas of my life I didn't think faith was related.

in my early life, I had a fire to help people get what they dreamed of, while I was finding my place. Because of that choice, my life has been magical, diverse, alive and meaningful. Now, my gift is to help others collectively make dreams happen together as part of a personal, natural journey towards becoming the authentic, fully expressed version of themselves.

Soon, if it is intended, I will help faculty and institutions create belonging and intrinsic motivation to their culture with a holistic, empowered mindset that is felt not intellectualized.

Choosing to serve in this way with courage hasn't eradicated challenges, it upgraded the quality of my challenges. The symptoms of this gift continue to be: deeper love, deeper trust in relationships, fulfilled work, mind-body harmony, resilience, high immunity, self-trust, increasing radical self acceptance, joy despite circumstance, enjoying the company of others vs. needing it, detachment and growth and standing firmly in one's enoughness such that they cannot be manipulated.

Ultimately, experiencing healthy power with others making dreams come true is heaven on earth.
